Harvested October 18-22, 2025.  Enjoy the clean and smooth olive oil with a fresh aroma of grass and the flavors of olive and artichoke, ending with a characteristic pepper finish.   Polyphenol count is 304 for this year, (that's the healthy antioxidants that you want in an olive oil).
 
This 100ml/3.4oz size is great for making your homemade infused olive oil.  For example: use 4 garlic cloves cut into long slices.  Put them in olive oil bottle and let them sit for 1-2 weeks in a dark cupboard.  (you may want to put the date on the bottle).  Your new infused homemade garlic olive oil will be mouthwatering and so fresh!  Try this with any herb or citrus peels that you would like to infuse with.
